First impressions...  The capital I thought should be have been verbed years ago (in the footsteps of such epic words like sandwich and cream) has become a temporary home for yours truly - and you know what? I couldn't be happier =)

All the things I thought would get me down (the suits, the traffic, the extreme change in life-style) have done the polar opposite! The only down side being a touch of fatigue - but that will pass once I get into the swing of things =) Work is now a seperate entity for the first time since... Coolmore. And thats a good thing - I needed to seperate my personal life from my professional.

Battlefield 2142 - maxiguns

Anyway - back to the 'world-goes-round' stuff! Battlefield 2142...

Anyone remember why the US never adopted gatling style weapons as an infantry or light vehicle weapon? Well throw those thoughts away - the forthcoming Battlefield 2142 sports all those things and more - think futuristic battefield2 weapon classes and all the balance we're used to =)

Big.com =)

It is said that we all want what we can't have! In the spirit of longing, and on the advice of Pachunka, I wandered to big.com. Those of you into pictures of massive phalli (definded amongst other things as: The sexually undifferentiated tissue in an embryo that becomes the penis or clitoris - now you know and knowing is half the battle!) will be disappointed...

Big.com is a website that re-presents google results in a massive font - thats it! Another fantastic and unusual use of google's beta web service! I wonder when folks will discover the view option in almost every browser...

Dharma

Heh! I was going to title this 'lost in translation'... but I can already hear the groans! Anyway - just like the title of the sexually undifferentiated tissue in an embryo, I had to find out the meaning of 'Dharma'. Another addition to the vernacular courtesy of the idiot box, dharma seems to mean "moral duty" - giving the hatch in 'Lost' that unmistakable 'Stanford Prison Experiment' or the epic ole 'operant conditioning chamber' angle.
